Co-Founder & Chief Pilot

Alex, a co-founder of FlyHouse, is the company’s Chief Pilot as well. Having started his aviation training at the age of 14, Alex, a Los Angeles native, earned his instrument rating prior to graduating high school. Since then, he’s accrued over 10,000 flight hours—primarily in Gulfstream aircraft—and is a current fixed wing ATP holder and rated helicopter pilot.

A former marketing and action sports specialist at Red Bull North America, Alex is a passionate and dedicated executive known for his attention to detail—in flight and beyond.

ADAM PARNES

Chief Operating Officer

Adam’s 30+ years in private aviation maintenance and operations include leadership roles in both military and civil aviation. Upon his honorable discharge from the U.S. Army, Adam went to work for Gulfstream Aerospace. There, he learned about all facets of Gulfstream operations, delivering Gulfstream V and G550 aircraft for both civil and military applications. Notably, Adam participated in the very first out-of-country base ops for Gulfstream, supporting U.S. military special missions—this in addition to his support of special missions at Andrews Air Force Base in Washington, D.C.

Following his tenure with Gulfstream, Adam supervised maintenance at a Los Angeles-based charter management company. Next, he served as the Director of Maintenance of a private jet maintenance repair facility. For a decade following that post, and immediately prior to his arrival at FlyHouse as the company’s Chief Operating Officer, Adam helped grow the largest Gulfstream fleet in L.A.

LYNN SLOAN

Director of Operations

Lynn brings a wealth of experience to his leadership position at FlyHouse, having served prior companies as a Chief Pilot, Director of Operations and Director of Training and Safety. Over a career spanning four decades, Lynn has amassed more than 13,000 flight hours, including extensive accident- and incident-free time piloting Gulfstream GV and GIV aircraft. He began as a Part 135 aircraft operator in 1980 flying planes through the Grand Canyon. It is this background that Lynn brings to FlyHouse, where he manages, directs and evaluates all matters pertaining to line flying and ensures that line, cabin and flight training is conducted according to regulatory requirements.

Jack E. Lambert, JR

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

For more than two decades, Jack E. Lambert, Jr. has held senior-level positions within the private aviation space. During that time, he built one of the nation’s largest charter management companies. Jack now brings this vast experience to the table as the Chief Executive Officer at FlyHouse.

Himself a sought-after aviator, Jack founded and launched Jet Access in West Palm Beach, Florida. Under his direction, that enterprise grew to become the 10th largest Part 135 air carrier in North America. Also during his storied career, Jack has acquired, sold, and managed over 100 airplanes.

At FlyHouse, Jack provides proven leadership, with a focus on the company’s culture, core values, engagement and respect. He brings to bear his achievements as a college football, basketball and baseball hall of famer at UMass Boston to motivate and engage the entire FlyHouse team.

Suran Wijayawardana

Chief Aviation Officer

Suran Wijayawardana is FlyHouse’s Chief Aviation Officer and responsible for leading FlyHouse Aviation verticals.

With a career spanning over 25 years, Wijayawardana first assumed the helm of a Part 141 flight training centre in central Florida, specializing in ab initio training. He then moved into business aviation, where he founded and spearheaded the growth of ACP Jets through to its merger in 2016, giving rise to Alerion Aviation, a Part 135 company boasting a presence in California, New York and Florida.

Suran's influence extends beyond the boardroom as he has been a prominent voice in the aviation community. He has served as the chairman of the National Air Transportation Association charter committee and was an industry representative in two major FAA chartered rule-making committees (ARCs). Additionally, he has held advisory board positions for ARG/US and multiple aviation software companies.

As chief aviation officer, he will play a pivotal role in implementing the operational structures required to support ambitious scaling and growth initiatives.
