His leadership roles include serving as both Chief Pilot and Director of Operations, and he is type rated in the Gulfstream G-IV, G-V (G450/550), and the Global Express. At FlyHouse, Mike is responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily flight operations, such as crewing, training, safety, and cultivating a positive company culture. At FlyHouse, he oversees all aspects of aircraft maintenance, ensuring safety, reliability, and airworthiness in line with FAA, ARG/US, Wyvern, and IS-BAO standards.

John holds both an Airframe and Powerplant License and an Inspection Authorization License, bringing deep expertise in aircraft maintenance and customer service.
